A company is looking for a Product Analyst to join their
team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tier 3 technical support and manage daily customer issue
queues
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve and
prevent technology issues
Communicate product information and conduct training for diverse
user bases
Required Qualifications
Experience with Meditech
Knowledge of Service Central
Familiarity with ITSM Knowledge base
Experience in change validation testing and patching validation
Experience in data integration between applications
