Job Description:
A company is looking for an Onboarding Lead - EHR & CRM
Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the full onboarding journey across EHR and CRM
lines, standardizing by client tier, size, and complexity
Manage and grow a team of onboarding specialists, creating KPIs,
documentation, and training systems
Collaborate with Product to communicate client feedback and
prioritize onboarding-impacting features
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, project management, or
implementation
Experience leading onboarding teams and coaching junior project
managers or consultants
Understanding of data migration processes, preferably with
EMR/EHR
Familiarity with onboarding platforms and task automation tools
like Salesforce and ChurnZero
Proactive and client-focused with a track record of successful
process adoption
