Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Privacy to oversee its
privacy program and data protection efforts globally.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the privacy program, ensuring compliance with data
protection laws
Conduct privacy assessments and partner with Product and
Engineering on new features
Update and draft privacy-related documents and communicate data
protection practices to users
Required Qualifications
Passion for data privacy with IAPP certification
5+ years of experience leading interdisciplinary privacy projects,
particularly with legal counsel
2+ years working in-house in a growing privacy function
Strong understanding of COPPA, GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant
privacy laws
Experience implementing automated privacy practices like
OneTrust
